| Susan J. Ferber |

| |
 Susan Ferber is a Vice President and Senior Investment Consultant with USI Advisors, Inc. and is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring investment strategies for defined contribution and defined benefit clients. Susan is also actively involved with fund selection and monitoring and conducts investment review meetings with clients
Susan has extensive experience in delivering investment solutions and discretionary investment services to retirement plans and other institutional investors. Her background includes roles in investment consulting, portfolio management, business development, client management and as an outsourced-chief investment officer. Prior to joining USI, Susan served as Principal of an investment management consulting firm she founded, Senior Client Relations Director for a global asset management subsidiary of a large bank, Senior Vice President of an asset management subsidiary of an insurance company, as well as in several other senior positions at prominent asset management firms.
Susan earned an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior industry and education designations include: Administered Series 7, 3, 6 and 63.
